tkx8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Age Requirement

To register for and use the tkx8 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing registration you warrant that you are 21 or older. tkx8 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — at the time of a withdrawal request. If you are found to be under 21, your account will be closed immediately, any pending withdrawal will be cancelled, and any remaining balance may be forfeited at the discretion of tkx8.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name and Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any detail changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. tkx8 accepts no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one registered account with tkx8. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, tkx8 reserves the right to close all but one account (at its sole discretion), confiscate any bonus winnings earned across duplicate accounts, and suspend withdrawals pending investigation. Players are advised to contact [email protected] if they believe a duplicate account was created in error.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on tkx8 is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits are credited to your tkx8 account balance promptly after confirmation from the relevant payment provider. tkx8 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's systems. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account held in the player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. tkx8 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering

tkx8 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with responsible platform standards. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger account review, withdrawal holds, or account suspension. tkx8 may report suspicious activity as required. Players are required to use only their own funds and payment methods for all transactions on the platform. Structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection thresholds is prohibited and will result in account closure.

Fraud and Collusion

Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false dispute claims, use of stolen payment credentials, or misrepresentation of identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities. Collusion between players — including coordinating bets, sharing card information in live games, or otherwise cooperating to gain an unfair advantage — is prohibited and will result in confiscation of all affected winnings and permanent account suspension.

Use of Automated Systems

The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, software exploits, or any technical means designed to gain an advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. tkx8 employs technical systems to detect automated activity. Any account found using prohibited automation tools will be suspended and all winnings generated through such activity will be void.

Underage Gambling

Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your tkx8 account, or assisting an underage person to access the platform in any way, is a serious breach of these Terms. If tkx8 discovers that an account has been used by a person under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are strongly advised to use parental controls on shared devices to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.
